水利工程施工具有规模大、技术复杂、作业环境多变等特点,在此过程中人员行为因素对安全管理有着至关重要的影响。本文分析了水利施工安全管理人员行为因素存在的问题,并从多个方面提出了有效的控制措施,旨在提高水利工程施工安全管理水平,减少安全事故的发生。

Abstract:

Water project construction is characterized by large scale, complex technology and changeable operating environments, in which human behavior factors exert a crucial impact on safety management. This paper analyzes the existing problems concerning human behavior factors in safety management of water projects construction, and puts forward effective control measures from multiple aspects, aiming to improve the safety management of water project construction and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
