    摘要:

    针对济宁市老运河城区段汛期水位顶托明显、城区内涝偶发、既有排涝设施能力不足等问题,以太白湖新区石佛排涝泵站EPC改扩建工程为例,结合工程场地条件、水位特点,提出老运河城区段排涝泵站改扩建关键技术措施。实践表明:精细化改扩建项目实施后,泵站实际排涝能力提升至49 m3/s,有效提升老运河城区段防洪排涝标准至20年一遇,显著降低城市低洼片区积水内涝风险,改善河道水环境运行条件。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at prominent water level backwater in flood seasons, occasional urban waterlogging and insufficient capacity of drainage facilities in the urban section of Laoyunhe River in Jining, this paper takes the EPC expansion and reconstruction project of Shifo Drainage Pumping Station in Taibai Lake New Area as an example. Combined with project site conditions and water level characteristics, key technical measures for expansion and reconstruction of drainage pumping stations along the urban section of Laoyunhe River are proposed. Practice shows that after the refined reconstruction project is implemented, the actual drainage capacity of the pumping station is increased to 49 m3/s, the flood control and drainage standard of the urban Laoyunhe River is effectively upgraded to a 20-year return period, the risk of waterlogging in low-lying urban areas is greatly reduced, and the water environment operating conditions of the river are improved significantly.
