    城市防洪枢纽工程中供水冷却系统的稳定性和可靠性是机组安全运行的重要保障, 强制内循环供水系统在泵站工程中作为重要的辅机系统,通过提供稳定、高效的冷却用水,确保泵站机组在长时间、高负荷运行下仍能保持良好的工作状态,从而有效防止因设备过热而导致设备故障或损坏。枢纽工程的冷却系统在不断优化和改进,智能化监测控制模块在供水系统中的应用,使得轴瓦冷却器配套的循环系统能够实时监测和智能化控制,同时还提高了远程集中控制泵站工程的运行稳定性和安全性。

    Abstract:

    The stability and reliability of the water supply cooling system are essential guarantees for the safe operation of units in urban flood control hub projects. As an important auxiliary system in pumping station projects, the forced internal circulation water supply system ensures smooth operating conditions of pumping station units under long-term and high-load operation by providing stable and efficient cooling water, thereby effectively preventing equipment failure or damage caused by overheating. With the continuous optimization of cooling systems in hub projects, the application of intelligent monitoring and control modules in water supply systems enables real-time monitoring and intelligent control of the circulating system matched with bearing coolers, and improves the operation stability and safety of pumping stations under remote centralized control.
