Abstract:To advance the transformation of rainfall and regime information processing from the traditional manual mode to intelligent operation, artificial intelligence technologies are adopted to develop the "Smart Water Manager" digital intelligence platform for rainfall and regime information in Zaozhuang Municipality. The platform adopts a four-tier technical architecture consisting of perception, transmission, intelligence and application layers, forming a full-chain technical system covering data collection, intelligent processing and service delivery. Breakthroughs have been achieved in data circulation, intelligent on-duty monitoring and information services. Practical results show that the platform realizes second-level flood reporting timeliness, boosts the efficiency of fault disposal by over 60%, and maintains a data accuracy rate above 95%. It greatly improves the intelligent and service efficiency of rainfall and regime information processing, and provides a replicable technical paradigm for the digital intelligence construction of municipal rainfall and regime information systems.
