广饶县面对黄河水资源超载和地下水超采的双重挑战,积极创新举措,通过完善多方协作、供水定价和水源调配机制,大力推行区域工业水价综合改革,构建系统定价、配置与管理的全周期改革模式,推动了区域水资源优化配置和集约利用。

Abstract:

Faced with the dual challenges of overloaded water resources from the Yellow River and over-extraction of groundwater, it has taken innovative countermeasures in Guangrao County. By improving multi-party cooperation, water supply pricing and water source allocation mechanisms, the county has vigorously carried out comprehensive reform of regional industrial water prices and established a full-cycle reform model covering systematic pricing, allocation and management. These efforts have promoted the optimal allocation and intensive utilization of regional water resources.
