近年来,按照潍坊市提出的将"沉睡指标"变成"活水资本"工作思路,诸城市通过水权交易由点到面、全域推进,实现了水权交易因地因水、分类推进,完成了水权交易平台搭建、规范监管,打造了水权交易"诸城模式"。

Abstract:

In recent years, following the work philosophy proposed by Weifang Municipal Government of transforming "dormant water use quotas" into "vital water capital", Zhucheng city has promoted water rights trading from pilot sites to full-scale implementation. Water rights trading is carried out in a classified manner adapted to local water conditions. A water rights trading platform has been established with standardized supervision, forming the "Zhucheng Model" of water rights trading.
