网络等级保护制度是国家网络安全的基本制度,旨在通过对信息系统实施分等级保护,保障国家关键信息基础设施的安全。水利信息化系统具有采用物联网、云计算、大数据等多种技术结合的特点,且系统不间断持续性服务,业务数据自身安全涉及到国家安全、社会秩序和公共利益等方面,对网络安全要求较高。建立健全等级保护制度,对水利信息化系统的安全防护具有重要作用。

Abstract:

The cyber-security classified protection system constitutes the fundamental cyber security regime in China. It aims to guarantee the security of national critical information infrastructure through graded protection of information systems. Water informatization systems integrate multiple technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data. Featuring uninterrupted continuous services, their business data security bears on national security, social order and public interest, hence imposing high requirements for cyber security. The classified protection system plays a vital role in security protection for water informatization systems.
