    摘要:

    伸缩缝作为渡槽温度变形与沉降补偿的关键结构,其漏水问题已成为制约工程运行、输水引水的突出隐患。文章以胶东调水工程界河渡槽、淘金河渡槽为研究对象,系统分析伸缩缝漏水的成因机制,提出“材料升级+结构创新+工艺优化”的综合处理方案。实践表明,该方案可使漏水修复合格率达100%,渗漏量控制在0.01 L/(m·d)以下,显著提升渡槽抗渗耐久性,为北方寒冷地区调水工程同类问题处理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Expansion joints, as key structures for compensating thermal deformation and settlement of aqueducts, have become a prominent hidden danger affecting project operation and water diversion. Taking the Jiehe Aqueduct and Taojinhe Aqueduct of the Jiaodong Water Diversion Project as research objects, this paper systematically analyzes the formation mechanism of water leakage at expansion joints and proposes a comprehensive treatment scheme combining "material upgrading + structural innovation + process optimization." Practice shows that this scheme achieves a 100% qualified rate for leakage repair, with seepage volume controlled below 0.01 L/ (m·d), significantly improving the impermeability and durability of aqueducts. The study provides a reference for addressing similar problems in water diversion projects in cold regions of northern China.
