文章以水资源刚性约束为引领,结合莱州市海水入侵防治实践经验,系统分析海水入侵防治的核心逻辑与全流程实践路径,从成因管控、综合治理、成效巩固3个维度构建科学完善的防治体系,为同类滨海缺水地区海水入侵综合防治提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract:

Guided by the principle of rigid constraints of water resources and combined with practical experience in seawater intrusion prevention and control in Laizhou City, this paper systematically analyzes the core logic and full-process practical pathways for seawater intrusion prevention and control. A scientific and sound prevention and control system is established from three dimensions: cause control, comprehensive treatment and effect consolidation, which provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the comprehensive prevention and control of seawater intrusion in similar water-shortage coastal areas.
