Abstract:Taking the Nansi Lake Basin as the research object, this paper discusses trade-off relationships and driving mechanisms of ecosystem services in water environment management. Based on crop supply and water purification data from 2010 to 2025, correlation analysis and partial least squares regression model are adopted. Sown crop area, agricultural machinery power and fertilizer application rate are identified as core factors affecting water purification service. The basin is divided into 3 different functional zones, such as major agricultural production area, ecological conservation area and water quality safety area, by K-means spatial clustering, and priority differences between agricultural development and ecological protection in the 3 different zones are analyzed. A significant negative trade-off exists between crop supply and water purification. Cross-departmental coordination, zoned regulation, optimized planting structure and fertilization patterns shall be adopted to enhance water environment quality, providing scientific support for integrated regulation of ecosystem services at basin scale.
