新时期聊城市茌平区防洪排涝工程治理探析

Analysis on Flood Control and Drainage Project of Liaocheng Municipality in the New Era

摘要:

为应对部分防洪排涝工程运行老化,年久失修,标准不高的情况,近年来聊城市茌平区通过大力实施防洪排涝工程建设,逐步解决了排涝难点问题,取得了较好的社会与工程效益。文章总结了防洪排涝方面的经验做法,阐述河道工程治理和农田排涝工程的实施现状,指出了工程治理中存在的问题和不足,对做好防洪排涝工程建设提出建议。

Abstract:

To address the practical problems such as aging, disrepair and insufficient design standards of some flood control and drainage projects, it carried out the flood control and drainage projects vigorously in Chiping District of Liaocheng Municipality in recent years, gradually resolving prominent difficulties in drainage works and achieving favorable social and engineering benefits. This paper summarizes the practices and experience in flood control and drainage, elaborates on the implementation of river regulation works and farmland drainage projects, identifies existing deficiencies in project management, and puts forward ideas and suggestions for advancing the flood control and drainage projects.
