随着水利新质生产力的发展,传统水利管理模式短板愈发明显,烟台市芝罘区率先打造“1234”工作模式,涵盖了1项核心目标、2项驱动引擎、3项关键举措与4项重点工作,从规划布局到执行落实,皆构建起精细且高效的运作机制。“1234”工作模式深度融合前沿技术,驱动水利管理智慧化、精细化、高效化,为芝罘区水利管理注入了新的动力。

Abstract:

With the development of new productive forces in water sector, the drawbacks of traditional water resources management models have become increasingly prominent. Zhifu District of Yantai Municipality has taken the lead in establishing the "1234" work model, which includes one core objective, two driving engines, three key measures and four priority tasks. It has formed an elaborate and efficient operation mechanism covering planning, layout, implementation and delivery. Deeply integrated with cutting-edge technologies, the "1234" work model promotes intelligent, refined and efficient water resources management, injecting new driving force into water resources improvement in Zhifu District.
