Experience in Establishing Safety Standardization at Qing Fengling Small Hydropower Station in Juxian

摘要:

青峰岭水电站严格按照《小型水电站安全生产标准化评审细则》要求,开展小型水电站安全生产标准化的建设规划,持续维护良好的安全生产条件,彰显小型水电站的安全生产经营管理水平。本文主要从目标职责、制度化管理、教育培训、现场管理、安全风险管控及隐患排查治理、应急管理、事故管理、持续改进等方面介绍了小型水电站安全生产标准化创建所采取的方法、措施和工作经验,以供同类型项目参考。

Abstract:

In strict accordance with the Evaluation Rules for Work Safety Standardization of Small Hydropower Stations, Qing Fengling Hydropower Station carried out planning for the development of safety standardization for small hydropower stations and continuously maintained sound safety conditions, demonstrating its operational and management capacity for safe production. This paper introduces the approaches, measures and practical experience adopted in establishing safety standardization for small hydropower stations from the perspectives of objectives and responsibilities, institutionalized management, education and training, on-site management, safety risk control and hazard investigation & rectification, emergency management, accident management, and continuous improvement, to provide references for similar projects.
