Abstract:The EPC general contracting mode has been widely adopted in large and complex projects due to its advantages in resource integration, construction period shortening and risk reduction. Focused on investment control of water projects under EPC general contracting mode, this paper analyzes the difficulties in investment control during three key stages: design, construction and completion settlement. Combined with the integrated characteristics of EPC mode covering design, procurement and construction, targeted measures are proposed, including optimizing quota design, strengthening dynamic cost control and standardizing settlement audit, so as to provide references for improving investment control of water projects and realizing the unity of project economic and social benefits.
