招远市现代化水库运行管理矩阵建设浅谈

Brief Discussion on Construction of Modern Reservoir Operation and Management Matrix in Zhaoyuan

摘要:

为进一步提升水库运行管理精细化、信息化、现代化水平,招远市围绕"四全"管理、"四制(治)"体系、"四预"措施、"四管"工作,统筹安全、供水、生态、智慧多元目标,基本建成全域现代化水库运行管理矩阵。文章结合招远市建设经验,通过系统分析招远建设基础、核心举措和短板不足,进而提出下一步优化建议,以期进一步提升招远市现代化水库运行管理矩阵建设水平,为类似区域提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:

To further improve the refinement, informatization and modernization level of reservoir operation and management, in Zhaoyuan City it has built a city wide modern reservoir operation and management matrix basically. Centering on the "Four Comprehensives" management, "Four Improvements" system, "Four Pre-work" measures and "Four Managements" tasks, it coordinates multiple objectives of safety, water supply, ecology and intelligence. Combined with local construction experience, this paper systematically analyzes the construction foundation, core measures as well as existing deficiencies of Zhaoyuan City, and proposes targeted optimization suggestions, so as to further elevate the construction level of modern reservoir operation and management matrix and provide references for similar regions.
