Practice and Reflections on Digital Twin Construction of Weishan Irrigation District in Liaocheng

摘要:

"十四五"期间,位山灌区数字孪生建设成效显著,构建了1个数字孪生平台,突出"水资源优化调度、水旱灾害预警、输沙减淤"3项需求,强化N项业务应用的"1+3+N"数字孪生体系,为新阶段灌区高质量发展提供强力支撑和科技驱动。文章通过梳理"十四五"期间位山灌区数字孪生建设方案,总结工程重点建设内容和经验,提出"十五五"位山灌区智慧化建设思路,为我省开展智慧灌区建设提供参考。

Abstract:

Remarkable achievements have been made in the digital twin construction of Weishan Irrigation District during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. A "1+3+N" digital twin system has been established, consisting of one digital twin platform, highlighting three major demands including optimal water resources dispatch, flood & drought disaster early warning, and sediment transport and silt reduction, as well as strengthening multiple business applications. It delivers strong support and scientific and technological impetus for high quality development of irrigation districts in the new stage. By sorting out the digital twin construction scheme of Weishan Irrigation District in the 14th Five-Year Plan period, this paper summarizes key construction contents and experience, and puts forward ideas for intelligent construction of Weishan Irrigation District in the 15th Five-Year Plan period, so as to offer references for the construction of smart irrigation districts in Shandong Province.
