Construction Practice of Yellow River Diversion Smart Irrigation Districts and Improvement Countermeasures in Binzhou

近年来,滨州市簸箕李、小开河、韩墩三大引黄灌区全力打造和提升标准化建设,统筹推进灌区数字化建设,经过两年攻坚,建成了对应数字模型的智慧中枢,实现了从水源到田头的全程精细化管控。从“经验管水”到“智慧调水”,滨州市三大灌区的实践验证了“标准化管理+数字孪生技术”的转化效能和可复制的智慧水利样板。

Abstract:

In recent years, three major Yellow River diversion irrigation districts in Binzhou, namely Bojili, Xiaokaihe and Handun, have strived to develop and upgrade standardized construction and coordinate the digital reconstruction of irrigation districts. After two years of intensive efforts, an intelligent hub matched with digital models has been built, realizing full-process refined water regulation from water sources to farmlands. Transforming water management from experience-based regulation to intelligent dispatching, the practices of Binzhou's three irrigation districts verify the transformation efficiency of the model integrating standardized management and digital twin technology, forming a replicable prototype for smart water resources.
