Construction of a Feasibility Study Evaluation Index System for Sponge City Construction

摘要:

海绵城市建设历经10余年的发展,取得显著成效。但各地海绵城市建设项目也暴露出管理不规范等诸多问题,对项目质量、工期及成本造成负面影响。文章提出针对单一工程项目的海绵城市建设可行性研究评价指标体系,运用头脑风暴法和层次分析法,通过山东省委党校海绵城市项目案例进行指标权重计算和检验评价。经过案例检验,该指标体系可为海绵城市建设项目可行性研究提供参考。

Abstract:

After more than 10 years of development, sponge city construction has achieved tangible results. However, various problems such as non-standard management have also been exposed in sponge city construction projects across regions, exerting negative impacts on project quality, construction period and cost. This paper proposes a feasibility study evaluation index system for sponge city construction for single engineering projects. Using the brainstorming method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the index weight calculation and inspection evaluation are carried out through the case of the sponge city project of the CPC School of the CPC Committee of Shandong Province. Verified by the case, the index system can provide a reference for the feasibility study of sponge city construction projects.
