莒县青峰岭灌区工程运行风险评估与应对研究

Study on Operation Risk Assessment and Countermeasures of Qingfengling Irrigation District Project in Juxian County

摘要:

以莒县青峰岭灌区工程为研究对象,深入分析运行过程中产生的各项风险,建立系统化、科学化的灌区工程运行风险管理体系。通过深入查阅文献、咨询专家、实地调研等途径,得出风险因素清单,采用层次分析与模糊综合评价嵌套方法对工程运行风险进行评估,根据评估结果制定相应施,以便有效应对风险。

Abstract:

Taking the Qingfengling Irrigation District Project in Juxian County as the research object, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of various risks arising during its operation, and establishes a systematic and scientific risk management system for irrigation district project operation. A list of risk factors is obtained through literature review, consultation and field investigation. The analytic hierarchy process nested with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to assess the project operation risks. Corresponding countermeasures are formulated according to assessment results so as to cope with risks effectively.
