聊城市位山灌区引黄调度管理存在的问题与对策

Existing Problems of Yellow River Water Diversion Regulation and Management and Countermeasures in Weishan Irrigation District of Liaocheng

摘要:

文章以聊城市位山灌区引黄调度管理工作实践为基础,梳理了位山灌区在引调黄河水过程中面临的问题,提出了对策建议,为灌区黄河水资源优化配置提供思路与参考。

Abstract:

Based on practical experience of Yellow River diversion regulation and management in Weishan Irrigation District, Liaocheng Municipality, this paper sorts out existing problems in the process of Yellow River water diversion and allocation, and furthermore puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide ideas and references for optimal allocation of Yellow River water resources in the irrigation district.
