Practice of East to South Water Diversion Regulation for Four Round Numbered Floods of Yishu River Basin in 2024

沂沭河水系地处沂沭泗流域中上游,水系主要河道源短流急,洪水峰高量大,水旱灾害频繁。2024年7月,沂沭河流域暴雨过程连续且集中,个别站点出现极端雨强,主要降雨区高度重合,主要河湖均出现明显涨水过程,沂河、沭河3 d内连续发生四轮编号洪水。文章在介绍2024年沂河、沭河四轮编号洪水调度过程及效果的基础上,对经验启示进行总结,并提出对策建议。

Abstract:

The Yishu River system lies in the middle and upper reaches of the Yishusi River Basin. Its major rivers feature short channels with rapid runoff, high flood peaks and large flood volumes, resulting in frequent floods and drought disasters. In July 2024, the Yishu River Basin experienced successive and concentrated rainstorm events. Extreme rainfall intensity was recorded at individual stations, major rainfall zones were highly overlapped, and remarkable water level rises occurred in key rivers and lakes. Four rounds of numbered floods successively took place in the Yi River and Shu River within three days. This paper introduces the regulation process and effects of the four round numbered floods in the Yi and Shu rivers in 2024, summarizes relevant experience and inspiration, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
