文章以德州市2025年防汛抗旱工作为研究对象,通过梳理汛情旱情特征、系统分析工作实践,重点剖析首次建立的四大防汛体系建设成效,并提出优化建议,为平原地区构建科学高效的水安全保障体系提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking flood control and drought relief work in Dezhou in 2025 as the research object, this paper reviews the characteristics of flood and drought conditions, systematically analyzes work practices, focuses on the effectiveness of the four major flood control systems established for the first time, and proposes optimization suggestions. The study provides references for constructing a scientific and efficient water security guarantee system in plain areas.
